I led the creative strategy and visual direction for Fresh Prep’s Ready-to-Eat relaunch across packaging, photography, video, advertising, lifecycle marketing, and digital experiences.
As Creative Lead, I directed a multidisciplinary team across design, production, and external partners to reposition the product line around high standards, quality, and everyday enjoyment, creating a more cohesive and premium customer experience.
The relaunch delivered strong early performance, including a 22% week-over-week increase in Ready-to-Eat signups, 24.7% customer adoption, and 600+ existing customers trying the product for the first time. New acquisition creative also improved paid social efficiency and contributed to stronger-than-forecast acquisition performance.
